What you'll experience

  • Access the Source

Tune into the infinite field of ideas that’s available to everyone — so you never create from an empty well again.

  • Find your honest voice

The 100%-you way of creating that no one else, and no machine, can reproduce.

  • Create through play

Experience the playful, low-stakes methodology that lets your real voice show up — the moment you stop performing.

  • Meet the room

Ninety live, interactive minutes alongside other high-agency people on the same path.

About the Source

You don’t have to believe in the Source for it to work. It’s what countless artists mean when a song “arrived” fully formed — Paul McCartney woke up with the melody of “Yesterday” already finished in his head. The catch: it rewards availability, not talent. You keep showing up and doing the work, so you’re there when it’s broadcasting.

The Elf & the Dwarf

The Dwarf builds with discipline and precision — it’s why you have a career, a reputation, and people who rely on you. But it’s led by the mind, which can only reason forward from what it already knows. The Elf listens first, to the heart, which builds what it cannot yet justify. Nobody’s asking you to fire the Dwarf. The greatest work needs both — the only question that’s ever mattered is which one is leading.

Who it's for

This is for high-agency people who have mastered performing, achieving, and thinking — but sense there’s a more honest, more alive way to create, connect, and live.

Justin and Gerhard

Hosted by Justin and Gerhard, who'll guide the room live — this isn't a talk you watch, it's a practice you take part in.

We'll keep the deeper mechanics for the live room. For now, the invitation is simple: come see what it feels like when creation starts less from force and more from listening.

What people tell us

“I’m already doing the work on my own.”

Doing it alone is exactly what makes it harder. You can’t self-diagnose a blind spot — that’s what makes it blind. You need people who know what your real voice sounds like, and can hear the shift before you can.

“I don’t have time for creativity and play.”

It’s not a Sunday hobby. It’s the same voice that shows up in your work, your decisions, your relationships. One per cent better every day compounds to 38× in a year. Zero per cent stays exactly where you started.

“I’m not a creative person.”

Picasso: every child is an artist; the only problem is staying one as you grow up. You were born creating — a mind-focused education just made you forget.
