Are you a Dwarf or an Elf?

Once upon a time there were Dwarves, masters of building the world with discipline and precision. Almost everything that exists, a Dwarf built. The Dwarf is not the villain. It is the reason you have a career, a reputation, and everyone who relies on you. Dwarves are hard workers and high achievers. And still, something is missing deep inside.

The Dwarf is led by the mind, which can only reason forward from what it already knows. Then there were Elfs, who listen before they build. Not to the mind, but to the heart, which already knows. By letting the heart lead, the Elf taps into the Source, an infinite field of ideas open to everyone, and creates what the mind could never imagine. The greatest work needs both. The only question is which one is leading.
