Initiation Fees

Initiation fees are non-refundable.

Monthly Membership

• Automatically renews each billing cycle.
• You must cancel prior to renewal to avoid future charges.
• Payments already processed are non-refundable.
• Access remains active through the end of the paid billing period.

Annual Membership

• Billed upfront at a discounted rate.
• Annual memberships are non-refundable.
• If offered, a grace period applies only to first-time annual purchases and must be requested within the specified timeframe.

3. Cancellation

You are responsible for managing cancellation before renewal.

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not result in refunds of prior payments.

4. Community Standards

Members agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality of other members
• Engage respectfully
• Avoid harassment or unlawful conduct
• Not share proprietary materials outside the community

We may suspend or terminate access for violations without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, branding, and content are owned by Eleven Dunbar, Inc.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell content without written permission.

We make no guarantees regarding outcomes.

All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eleven Dunbar, Inc shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or data
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid in the preceding 12 months
