Our mission
Find your voice. Find your people. Create your impossible.
We bring people closer to themselves, and to each other, through creativity and play.
Elf is German for “eleven”. That’s why members here are Elfs.
- Co-Play. Games, gatherings, and spontaneous fun. Play is how we find our voice.
- Co-Work. Deep work side by side, in a town that never closes.
- Co-Build. Make the thing you keep putting off, with people cheering you on.
- Co-Grow. Honest conversations with people who see what you can’t.
Is this for you?
Bars serve drinks. We serve the spark.
Every third space brings people together around something. Ours is play, joy, and making things together.
It’s how strangers become real friends you can be yourself with, and how you go from consuming to creating again.
It’s for anyone looking for their people, and their spark. Even if life looks good on paper.
Your third space: Elfen Town
A town that never closes.
Our home is Elfen Town, a cozy virtual town open around the clock. Walk in as your own Elf and bump into people you can be yourself with.
Life in the town
- Play without an agenda (Co-Play). The arcade, the jukebox, a mystery in the dungeon. Fun that isn’t networking.
- Work side by side (Co-Work). Start the focus timer and do deep work next to other Elfs, any hour.
- Build the side thing (Co-Build). Playtest a game, share the piece you almost didn’t, ship the project you kept putting off.
- Grow on purpose (Co-Grow). A weekly question to reflect on, and Elfs to talk it through with.
Beyond the town
- Live Gatherings. We meet live to play, make things, and show each other what we made.
- In-Person Meet-ups. Gather in real life. Some things only happen in the same room.
- Small Groups. A pod of three to five who know what you’re working on.
- Visiting Artists & Practitioners. Learn from people who already live and work this way.
- Got something you want to start? A club, a workshop, a game night. Members shape what happens here.
Beyond the town: live gatherings, in-person meet-ups, your own pod of 3–5, visiting artists, and anything you want to start.
What is life like as an Elf?
“The most creative and uniquely valuable community I've encountered. High quality people laughing, playing, and building together. This is the future.”
“Joining Eleven Dunbar has been the best investment I have made in myself this year. Not only have I made amazing new friends, but the mental space created to play with curiosity has had a priceless impact on my entrepreneurship.”
“Proud to be a founding member among this super playful and diverse group of folks who are geeky enough to solve puzzles before they can get to a signup form. They managed to create a community that is playful and profound.”
“It's been some amazing months at Eleven Dunbar, a very personal journey of exploration of emotions, thoughts, and different perspectives. In the most fun, absurd, giggle-packed methodology possible.”
“A group who aren’t here for likes or investor access, but for real connection and contributing something back to the community. Remaining human in the age of AI.”
“A place of laughter and joy where people can speak their mind freely. The child in us should come out whenever we meet.”
“First a journey outward, into other cultures, other ways of thinking. Then a deeper journey inward, toward your own spirituality and the lenses you see the world through.”
A week in the town
- Monday (Co-Work). You drop into the town with coffee, start the focus timer, and two Elfs are already working by the bonfire with lofi on the radio.
- Tuesday (Co-Grow). You start a quest on creativity and get one small question to sit with all week.
- Wednesday (Co-Build). You and another Elf playtest the card game you are building together on the side. An artist shares the piece they almost did not.
- Thursday (Live gathering). We play, make something, and show each other what we made.
- Saturday (Co-Play). A party heads into the dungeon to solve the next D.O.N.U.T. mystery. Nobody is working.
